We may use personal information to:
- provide quotes, prepare proofs, manufacture products, process payments, fulfill orders, and arrange delivery;
- communicate about orders, artwork, production, shipping, accounts, and support requests;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, and improve our website and services;

How We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, including Shopify, payment processors, production and fulfillment providers, carriers, cloud hosting services, analytics and advertising providers, email providers, and Chatwoot. These parties may process information in countries other than your own.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
Shopify
Shopify hosts our store and processes information about your use of Shopify-powered services. Shopify's handling of personal information is also described in its consumer privacy policy and privacy portal.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, operate site features, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand or improve marketing. Some uses may be considered “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
You can manage available privacy choices through our cookie or privacy controls, browser settings, unsubscribe links, or by contacting us. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your U.S. state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning your request.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Artwork and Confidential Files
We use submitted artwork and production files to quote, proof, manufacture, quality-check, and support your order. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for production. Unless separately agreed in writing, file submission does not create a confidentiality or nondisclosure obligation beyond this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Our website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and VANTENZ is not responsible for those practices.
