This Shipping Policy explains how VANTENZ handles production, shipment, tracking, and delivery for custom orders.
Production Time and Transit Time
Custom orders require production before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and begins only after we have received the information required for the order, which may include payment, final artwork, specifications, and proof approval.
Estimated production timing depends on product type, quantity, materials, finishing options, artwork readiness, and current capacity. We will provide or confirm an estimate during the order process. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout or included in your custom quote. Eligible orders over $200 may receive free standard shipping when the offer is shown at checkout. Expedited services, remote-area fees, oversized shipments, split shipments, and special handling may cost extra.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier estimates begin after an order ships. Weather, peak seasons, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. VANTENZ is not responsible for a carrier delay, but we will reasonably assist with tracking and eligible carrier claims.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement after a label is created or the parcel is handed to a logistics partner.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment preparation begins.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned, redirected, or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments that cross a border, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs documentation unless the order or shipping method expressly states that these charges are prepaid. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Split Shipments
Products in the same order may ship separately because of production schedules, packaging needs, or carrier restrictions. When possible, separate tracking details will be provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the package or products arrive damaged, contact hello@vantenz.com with your order number and clear photos of the products, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears lost, contact us so we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, open a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is considered after the investigation and according to our Refund Policy.
