These Terms of Service govern your use of the VANTENZ website and your purchase of custom printed products and related services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Products, Quotes, and Orders

Product images, samples, dimensions, colors, effects, and descriptions are illustrative. Custom manufacturing can involve reasonable variations between batches and between a screen preview and the finished product.

A quote may depend on artwork, size, quantity, material, finishing, packaging, shipping, and other specifications. Unless stated otherwise, a quote may be revised if specifications change or information was incomplete or inaccurate.

An order is accepted when VANTENZ confirms acceptance or begins the agreed work. We may reject or cancel an order because of pricing or description errors, unavailable materials, production limitations, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or other reasonable business or legal concerns. If we cancel an order after payment and before providing the related goods or services, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Artwork, Proofs, and Customer Approval

You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, dimensions, orientation, colors, cut lines, quantities, addresses, and other specifications before approval. Approval authorizes VANTENZ to proceed based on the approved materials.

Requests made after approval may require additional fees and time and may not be possible after production begins. Digital proofs are approximations; screens and production methods can display color and visual effects differently.

Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork and content you submit. You grant VANTENZ and our production partners a limited license to store, reproduce, modify for production, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all submitted names, logos, characters, images, trademarks, copyrights, and other content. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content. We may request proof of authorization or refuse a project.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you provide or instructions you give, except to the extent caused by VANTENZ's own unauthorized conduct.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added where applicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected for the order.

Production, Changes, and Cancellation

Production estimates begin after required payment, artwork, specifications, and approvals are received. Delays caused by missing information or customer changes may extend the timeline.

Cancellation or changes are subject to our Refund Policy. Once design work, material preparation, or production begins, custom costs may be nonrefundable.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the shipping terms for the order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for promptly reporting delivery problems.

Returns and Quality Claims

Returns, reprints, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom products are generally final sale except for qualifying manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping issues.

Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, impersonate others, or use the services for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and Chatwoot. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. VANTENZ is not responsible for outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact screen-to-print color matching, or outcomes affected by customer artwork, third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANTENZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to VANTENZ for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify VANTENZ from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your infringement of another party's rights, your unlawful use of the services, or your material breach of these Terms.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the VANTENZ business entity responsible for your order, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes by contacting each other.
